Ultimate Oatmeal Bread (rapid rise cycle)
1 1/2 cups warm water
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp salt
3 cups unbleached flour
1 cup rolled oats ( old fashioned )
1/3 cup wheat bran
2 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast ( or 2 tsp. for regular cycle )
