- 1 1/4 cups sourdough starter
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups oats
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 2/3-3/4 cup milk
Directions:

Add all ingredients to bread machine and set on whole wheat cycle. Adjust consistency of dough with milk during kneading, as needed.
