- 3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 1/2 cups white bread flour
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup medium rye flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- In a blender, puree the milk, water, oil, honey, raisins and brown sugar until smooth. Pour mixture, along with the remaining ingredients, into the pan of your bread machine.
- Select basic cycle and Light Crust; start machine.
Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
